The small and large pavilions are available FREE of charge to reserve for your next party and get-together! All parties require prior approval.
The pavilions may be reserved in 4 hour blocks, from 12 - 4 PM, or 4 - 8 PM (9 PM in July). Please note that your set-up & clean-up time is included in this time frame. If there is no one booked before or after your party, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the use of the pavilion. However, if there is another party booked that day, we ask that you respectfully wait until or vacate the pavilion at the appropriate time. If it is a smaller party, you may be asked if you would be willing to share the large pavilion with another, smaller party.
If you are interested in having a party, take a look at our Social Calendar FIRST to confirm availability of the pavilions. Once a date is decided, email socialSWSTC@gmail.com with your desired date & expected number of guests (children/adults).

We ask that you remind all guests to refrain from using perfumes and body scents to the club for the safety of all of our members.
Links to the Reservation form & guest list are above. These will also be provided via email to you prior to your party. On the day of the party, you are responsible for submitting a guest sign-in sheet to the lifeguards. All guests are asked to check in at the guard station.
Following the party, you will receive an invoice for the total guest fees due based on your guest list. Pre-purchased guest passes may be used towards the balance of your guest fees.
