Swim & Dive Team Registration

Fees: 

• $60 per swimmer/diver (one fee for both teams). ($150 cap per family)
  
• $50 work deposit check per family
• PLEASE make this a seperate check. It will be destroyed at the end of the season if you have fulfilled your 3 regular meets and 1 championship meet work requirement. Working half a meet = 1 work slot filled. This can be fulfilled by timing, scorring, concessions, etc. If you do not fulfill your work requirement, your check will be cashed at the end of the season. Please sign the work agreement below. 
  
• We cannot make a meet run without volunteers. These work requirements are made to ensure we have enough volunteers to allow our kids to have meets and run them as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Sometimes we may have more volunteers than needed but if we do not, we would appreciate the team families working together to help out.   
  
• $5 late fee for registration received after June 15th.
  
• Make checks payable to SWSTC.
  
• Print and mail the completed registration and payment with separate work deposit to: Sara Heredia, 180 Laurel Street, South Windsor, CT 06074
  

 Work Agreement: 

By registering my child(ren) for swim/dive team, I acknowledge that we are part of a team whose existence relies on volunteers and that my family is responsible for working at LEAST 3 regular meets and one championship meet work slots (a half meet = 1 work slot). I understand that these hours are completely separate from the 8 work hours required of all members of SWSTC. If these swim team work hours are not fulfilled, I acknowledge that my $50 work deposit check will be cashed. I give my permission and consent for above named child(ren) to participate in all South Windsor Swim and Tennis Club swim and dive team activities. PHOTO RELEASE:  The SWSTC may take photographs and video of participants. I hereby assume and hold SWSTC, its directors, administration, coaches, assistants, meet officials, and any other related persons harmless from any and all liability for any personal injury to my child that may arise out of said swim and dive team activities.
